I use natural plant powders, earth clays, dried flowers, citrus peel, and other natural touches to color and decorate my soaps. I ensure that ALL of these items are natural and locally sourced. For any other additives such as honey, I use local raw honey near me in AZ. I do not use chemical and fake dyes to color my soap. Soap is simple and fun to color with natural plant-based items such as activated charcoal, turmeric, and many other amazing botanicals. Chemicals are not found in my products.

My testing process is approximately 1 week long, never tested on animals, to be cruelty-free products. When I test I look for any irritations that may occur and do damage/harm to skin and fix them if possible. I observe any benefits that this item may offer including skin hydration, skin repair, acne control, and overall healthier skin. Cold process soap includes sodium hydroxide (lye) as the one ingredient that binds everything together to form soap. When lye reacts to goat milk and all of the oils it no longer exists in any harmful form after the soap has become solid. It does cause the pH to rise but after curing for 2-3 weeks the pH balances. For soap to be safe to use the pH has to be low enough not to harm the skin but just enough to clean it. So, that magic number is between 7 and 9 on a pH test strip. I test every batch and do not sell it until the pH has been regulated.
